Went to see Nurse S there yesterday for routine smear. For the first time in three decades I had a pain free experience (I have retroversion and scarring which makes this procedure difficult). Explained my situation beforehand to her and she listened and adapted the procedure so it went seamlessly and for the first time I didn't howl or whince. I will be hoping to see her again next time!
