About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries

(as a service user),

I visited after cutting my finger quite badly. I was seen by Jess and Karen. 

The care was very good and exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to everyone at Arbroath Infirmary.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your response on care opinion, its very much appreciated. Giving feedback helps us to know what went well and any areas that need improvement.

I'm sorry to hear that you cut your finger that required treatment at the Minor Injuries and Illness unit (MIIU) in Arboath. Jess and Karen are both excellent nurses and I'm sure they will be delighted to know that the care you received was very good and, did in fact exceed your expectations. The nursing staff in MIIU work hard to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care experience.

Hopefully your wound will be healing well and you have no further problems with your finger. Trying to keep a finger wound dry can be very difficult so hopefully this hasn't been too much of a challenge for you.

I will pass on your lovely comments to Jess and Karen and the rest of the team in MIIU at Arbroath, so thank you again for sharing your care experience with us.
