Toilet out in reception was fine albeit the light wasn't working but was lovely and clean however the toilet inside amu has obviously not been cleaned properly in days there is shit on the floor and piss and i even ended with someone's shit on my hand after flushing the handle. The fact that this is a frequently used toilet and has always been gross as long as i remember is diabolical. Yes they have a lot to do but keeping a loo clean is not hard it was disgusting.
