"Poor attitude from staff"

I arrived tonight as an NHS employee to have my covid booster.  Upon reaching the reception I was asked why I was there. I said for my covid booster.  The response came with an awful attitude asking why I would need a booster.  I advised I had had 2 and being unsure I was advised to come by work to the drop in.

There was no place or no one when you entered the building to say this is only for health and social care staff, so how would I have known this?  The response was that it is all over social media , which I don’t use. I said that there was  no need for the attitude I don’t need to be spoken to like that at all.

They were clearly very annoyed as people were arriving without letters.  I found the attitude to be terrible.   Yes it may be annoying and taking longer the job is to remain professional and to speak kindly to people
