‘Too busy administering [routine] flu jabs’ was the response when I needed to book in an appointment to change a dressing, even though I gave them 24 hours notice and a further 36 hour timeframe to fit me in. Poor use of resource / capacity planning, not customer centric, difficult to communicate with.
