Seeing the whole me

The Endoscopy Team of Stella, Evelyn, Natalie and Barbara were fantastic at making me feel comfortable for a procedure which I have had often but hate with a passion. Stella who has scoped me before made sure she was up to date with everything that had happened recently as well as the past, by not only reading notes but by talking and listening.  She really listened and then reflected.  She then made sure that I fully understood exactly what she would do.

She also helped with the issue of sedation as I panic a lot even under sedation. The whole team made feel so at ease and really comfortable that for the first time I didn't panic.  I was given clear results at the end and instructions on what to do next. Thanks so much to the team for seeing the whole me and for providing the best care possible and just being really caring professionals.
