"Kind and caring"

I had a CT Scan at the Royal Liverpool Hospital yesterday evening. I would like to say thank you so much to all the staff. They were overwhelmingly helpful to another patient who arrived unexpectedly. They were on time (in spite of being one scanner down), very kind and caring and very professional. I was very nervous but they put me at my ease and the whole experience really couldn't have been better. Thank you so much.
