Tried to ring the surgery and after 2 hours of being on hold I gave up this surgery should be ashamed to claim a wage there will be fatal consequences at some point if there hasn’t already

I'm really sorry you had a bad experience on the phone.

our telephones lines seem to be affecting all practices in our area on this day we have reported this to the telephone company and they are in the process of correcting this issue
