(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The team were all extremely efficient, kind and punctual.  Their care was exceptional, encouraging and supportive.  We had not heard about this team before but would highly recommend them.  Thank you very very much.

I am very glad that you feel that we provided a good service.

We work very hard to provide a service for Older People that is equal to or even better than a hospital experience.
