"A little bit shocked"

I had to wait for 5 hours at the emergency department.

I am quite surprised that there is not water there. In the waiting room they have only vending mashines with fizzy drinks and crisps.

I have asked receptionists for water, but they gave me the choice to wait until someone will come to fill in vending mashines with still water. Unfortunately, I didn't get chance to drink water that day at the emergency department.

As I saw many departments have free water for patients. What a big shame for those who are managing logistics within this department.
