"Doesn't care about patients al all"

I have called so many times I'm not well my back pain goes down to my body legs I can't not even stand to make coffee I can't sleep at all pain getting worse to worse noone care about answered phone the shut phone to face after 6 times dien this sorry you have to call 8.30 to 9.00 morning and which is not possible over 20 years with ivel medical centre since they start this system I can not got answer once and get appointment, phone line busy or shut down to patients face , Biggleswade get bigger and need another gp center but ivel medical center register so many patient more than they car and look after and ignore everyone I apsulity get out control I get full anxiety because of what they do to us and tread us like nothing. Need to see doctor need help need review medicine and noone cares
