"Very informative package of information"

I am writing about the leaflet which was in an envelope given to me by a Speech & Language Therapist when my wife was being discharged. She came and spoke to me and handed me an envelope which contained information to help me better understand my wife's situation regarding swallowing. She talked me through everything and when I got home, I read the literature in depth.

I would like to go on record as commending those who put the package of information together. It was very informative, well written and presented..

I cannot think of any appropriate improvements.

The members of Staff - two names come to mind - Anna and Karla were very professional and helpful. I cannot thank them enough.
