"Absolutely awful experience "

I attended Willowbank Meir Stoke on Trent GP with my child that time. He is suffering from abdominal pain for more that month. As soon as I said that she has been diagnosed. with coeliac disease years ago. GP referral her to coeliac clinic . Doctor ignore fact that coeliac clinic referral my child back to the GP because the blood test for coeliac was clear month ago. Doctor did not to take on board any of my child symptoms. Refused to referral to the appropriate clinic for diagnostics. GP is not supporting at all. GP was rude and unfriendly. Doctor said that he will “leave it with me” when I asked how to help my child.

For long time can not find medical help for my child. Local Private sector does not provide help for children without GP referral.

Receptions always friendly and helpful.

GP need to take more attention on patient and there needs and there problems.
