"I was left struggling"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I felt that staff were repeatedly not honest with me and they didn't listen to me as the patient, I was left struggling in agony because the hospital staff kept just advising me to take paracetamol. I feel that I was left suffering. Sorry seems an empty word from the staff I encountered at the hospital.

I was really sad to read your post and I am so sorry that you didn't feel listened to and that you did not receive adequate pain relief. That is not acceptable and is not the experience we want our patients to have.

I did try to call you but was told I have an incorrect number and the gentleman who answered said that he couldn't find an extension number for you.
