"Knowing I'm in good hands"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

I am currently pregnant with my first baby and over the last 8 weeks have had two visits to Rubislaw Ward with problems. Each time I have been there the staff have been amazing. This can be a very upsetting, stressful time for any expectant mother to go through, however the staff are very welcoming, understanding and attentive. Little things like making you comfortable, offered food, water, tea & coffee etc. really make that difference to a very stressful time.

I hope to never return, but I know that should I have to that I will be in good hands with staff who go above and beyond and make sure your time there is that little better.

Thank you again.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with such lovely feedback septembermb94.

It is nice to hear you felt reassured and comforted at such a stressful time. I will share your feedback with the team in Rubislaw.

Wishing you well for the remainder of your pregnancy.
