(as the patient),

I came to see the specialist today, my first time visiting Outpatient B. The Nurses and the Doctors were amazing. I felt very looked after, each person who spoke to me were very polite and caring. One of the nurses kept checking on everyone advising when they would be seen and apologising for the wait. I had a very good experience at Outpatient B, they are all doing a wonderful job and need the recognition.
