"November and no heating on patiants freezing"

Came into the hospital as emergency .waited hours and hours as usual . finally ended floore 9 outpatients assesment un it the heating wasnts working even the nurses were saying so the .had some guy came and said he was an electrician .then anothere chap came spent 20 mins looking said he needed a pipe to bleed the radiators .went off never saw him again what sort of a Carrey on is this .a majore hospital and the patiants are cold because of the heating in november
