"Flawless service at Breast Clinic"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital (Paisley)

(as a service user),

I attended the breast clinic at RAH today where the service provided could not have been better. Everyone was so kind and in under an hour I was seen, imaged and biopsies taken, which were completely painless. NHS at its greatest.

Firstly, can I apologise for the delay in responding to your story. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience about the Breast Clinic. It can be anxious time when attending the Breast Clinic so I am glad that the service could not be better.
