(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been a resident for a few years and am well looked after.The place is very clean and tidy.The food is good .The staff ask what you want of the menu  and there is a good choice.I am able to go for a walk and get the newspapers.Philip the manager is good he buys me sausage rolls.Philip is full of life and talks to you.Rachel is friendly, and all the staff are friendly.Linda who works in the laundry runs a very good service .
