"I was truly given a gift"

I found this service after a selection of factors in my life were just becoming too much and too overwhelming. I wasn't sure if 'counselling for depression' was really for me but I was totally wrong.

I have had 6 sessions with Eunice and I really think she has changed my life. She has helped me to explore why I think in a certain way, and she has asked me to question why I've lived in a certain way, and by doing this - rather than just helped me to deal with the current situation (which is what I was expecting) Eunice has given me tools for life. I honestly think she has changed me forever and I have never had a more positive view about myself or felt more confident about how to navigate my life. I can never thank her enough.
