I would just like to highlight the fantastic service I have received from the Home Vaccination Team at Ravenscraig Motherwell.

I have now had three separate experiences with this excellent Team starting with Gillian the Team Leader.

Gillian went above and beyond when I didn't know where to start. I had three very worthy people who needed to get their vaccines at home.

One had Cancer and is no longer with us, My Mother-In-Law, and a neighbour who hasn't been out of her house for years.

And to be totally honest, I was banging my head off a brick wall. I tried the telephone number it gives you with the letter, I got nowhere.

Then I tried their G.P's , and various Health Clinics in this area and got nowhere either. I was getting really upset by this time

Then Gillian and her team came into to play. They were excellent kind, caring, and very professional.

They went more than the extra mile, If the N.H.S. has any employee recognition awards, then I want to highly recommend Gillian and her Team.

They have restored my faith in the N.H.S

Thank you so very much for your exceptionally kind words of encouragement regarding Gillian and her team of home vaccinators based at Ravenscraig, Motherwell.

It will be my pleasure to ensure Gillian and her team are made aware of your feedback. They will be delighted and very encouraged. They all work very hard to provide a first class service to patients.

On another note, I am sorry to hear of the problems you experienced when trying to obtain home vaccinations for your family and friends. This is certainly not the service we would expect from our healthcare professionals so again please accept my apologies.
