Since my colostomy in Feb 2020 I have had ongoing problems with accessing reliable stoma supplies. Fittleworth usually blame my GP practice, who are adamant that the prescription is issued as requested. It's impossible to keep track of orders, as they arrive piecemeal in dribs and drabs, the website is hopelessly user unfriendly, and to order by email you have to receive a reminder first from Fittleworth, by email, which they say they send, but do not. You will wait on hold for at least 25 minutes to place a phone order, and the call handlers must be getting lots of complaints, as they are spiky and defensive at the first sign of customer dissatisfaction. All in all this is a company that talks the talk ad nauseum, but cannot or will not walk the walk re customer service.
