(as a service user),

My Physio, Jaqueline, from Cambuslang Community Nursing, arrived a week after I was discharged from Wishaw General in mid-August. She worked with me every week for about 8 weeks. My movement improved greatly. My confidence went from strength to strength. She did exactly what she said she could do for me…nothing was too much trouble for her. I was lent all the equipment I needed for each stage of my recovery……..Thank you so much, Jaqueline, for your dedication!

All the best to you and your family AND by the way the hospital discharged me from their care on Friday past!
