After entering the Quadram Institute building I found the staff friendly and efficient, all the staff I encountered were polite and caring from Booking in for my Flexi-Sigmoidoscopy procedure to my Post procedure. During the minor operation the Endoscopist and assistants were friendly and approachable throughout making me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was explained at every stage which was reassuring. Thank you all who were involved in my care, I really could have not asked for more, Philip Bales.
