What they did right.
1) Helpful when asked
2) Good variety of food
3) Toilet facilities good
4)Temperatures in rooms was good
What could improve:
1) Cutlery could be cleaner
2) Size of cutlery not appropriate -> difficult to manage with some of the meals e.g. desserts
3) Staff could be friendlier -> take more time
