Over the past couple of years I've had a few interactions with the practice leading on to referrals to other services. So I really want to put on record that absolutely everyone I've had contact with has been fantastic - GP, Reception staff, nurses, Kidderminster Hospital Radiography, Evesham Hospital day cases, Kidderminster Medical Centre for Covid jabs, blood transfusion service for my blood donations and Covid convalescent plasma donations at NHSBT in Birmingham.
I just cannot fault any of the services I've been through.
