"Professional and efficient"

I attended day surgery at Queen Margaret Hospital for my right knee to reconstruct an ACL tear and sort a bucket-handle tear to my medial meniscus.  The quality of organisation and care was superlative: professional and efficient but with appropriate and fun banter thrown in.  Steven and Helen and the other nurses were very caring, Kim the physio was brilliant, the surgeon Dr Walmsley and the other surgery staff who anaesthetised me were superb. I cannot express my gratitude enough, especially given the pressures the service is currently under. Top class.
