"A bad experience"

About: Nems Platform One Practice

I am a regular local patient who was formerly under care of Platform One, in the last 6 months (since the practice relocated patients) I have had to chase up with the staff about my prescription medication every month, typically resulting in missing doses and having to apply for urgent doses via 111 or the pharmacy directly, I also received a snotty text message telling me I should request my medication more than 48 hours in advance... despite ordering my medication ONE WEEK in advance every single time. Needless to say im not impressed, since the move Ive missed far too many doses and im becoming increasingly stressed with the lack of answers or transparency on why my prescriptions keep getting ignored or otherwise left to long. I am beyond livid with my treatment over the last 6 months, no one seems to know whats going on and the lack of help really leaves a sour taste. I understand that C19 has caused allot of extra stress and staff issues, I also understand that the workload is higher than usual... Still, this is peoples care at stake, patients need these medications and treatments, not receiving these on time causes allot of issues... sometimes even fatal. I really do hope things turn around as right now, Im seriously contemplating Malpractice action.
