on numerous occasions have tried to contact the surgery for the wife and could not get through or put on hold in a queue for up to 30 minutes. found it quicker to drive down only to be confronted by a brick wall, literally, not able to gain entry or speak to anyone because I was not registered where the wife is but has a disability problem. found some of the reception staff uncaring and thoughtless. when I asked to see the practice manager I am told she is very busy and to write a letter, on occasions I did this I did receive a phone call apologising but the telephone communications did not improve. as it happens I am going to try now to organise the wife's covid booster as it has been over six months since her last one and I have had mine albeit at a different surgery.
"telephone communication abysmal"
