"Not called out on time "

I did an online diagnosis and was recommended to contact the surgery for an appointment with the Doctor... I was on hold for 29 minutes ran out of patience and went down to the surgery where they refused to offer me an appointment then

Then after my pleading she offered me a telephone appointment which was the first appointment of the day 8-30 so I was told ... am still sat here waiting for the doctor to call me ... please note I was late for an appointment (10 mins) about a month back due traffic and my appointment was cancelled and I was offered a new one 2 weeks later which was written on paper and when I went the receptionist had wrote the wrong details since then

I have suffered and I got a call at 9-15 no

Apologise and was only allowed to discuss one thing
