My last call was kept hanging on so long it cost me over £10, today I have had to hang up after waiting 40 mins on the phone as I can't afford to pay these silly costs.
So I still haven't got my results or an appointment for bloods.
Mayflower can't even keep it's website up to date, there is a warning that Mount Gould will be closed on Sep 7th for a few days, it's now November.
I have never ever been treated like this in the past and it can't be blamed on Covid.
