"Bye bye despicable gp practice"

As promised, i and my family left this gp practice and I can’t tell you how relieved I am that we did :) I have been with my new practice for just over a month and I haven’t had to wait on the phone for more than 2 minutes not once, I have had an appointment made every time I have phoned in and it’s also open to walk in unlike blackwater who clearly think themselves more important than other surgeries. My health has improved massively since leaving blackwater and I honestly feel so truly sorry for all the people that still have to deal with this practice. I hope you guys too are able to find an alternative.
