Our teenage son was knocked off his bike on Christmas Eve 2018. On Christmas Day a surgeon at the John Radcliffe hospital operated on his elbow and inserted a rod. He is now free of pain, has full strength and movement back, loves climbing and surfing, and gets around everywhere by bike. We don’t remember the name of the surgeon but he had military experience (he said he had only seen that kind of damage in veterans). We would like to send heartfelt thanks to him and all the staff at the JR as well as their families for putting up with their absence at holiday time. We are so grateful for your care.
