"Staff and care"

Hi there I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at A&E royal Alexander hospital. My gp referred me in because I was quite unwell and to be honest I didn’t want to go in because of a previous bad experience in hospital.

I am blind and disabled and need lots of help the staff were great and also run of their feet, the abuse they took from people angry for having to wait a couple of hours, I had to wait 12 but never shouted about it the department was run off their feet, the care I was given was great nothing was any bother and the staff couldn’t do enough for me I can’t thank them enough I would like to especially thank Leona,Megan and Gary and all the staff who took the time to take care of me.
