"Sexual health care treatment with respect and dignity"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I was consulted regarding staff training and my agreement in that matter.

Staff explained all procedures carefully.

Staff were caring, sensitive but had a good and appropriate sense of humour which helped in the circumstances.

I felt I was treated with respect and dignity.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received. It is good to hear that you felt treated with respect and dignity and that staff were caring and sensitive. We do often need to train our new staff 'on the job', so I'd like to thank you for allowing the training staff member to be in your consultation as part of their training.
