More than once I was given a timeframe for a call, only for them to call later or earlier than arranged, when I wasn't available. And the telephone hold times are so long, rearranging is difficult.
On one occasion they simply never called, then texted to say I hadn't answered. On another occasion I had to wait almost a month for my GP to call me, during which time my condition worsened significantly.
In the last week, I requested a call back as the course of treatment discussed with my doctor caused it to get worse. Two days later, without warning by text or email, I got two missed calls from them in the space of a minute while I was briefly away from my phone. They didn't leave a message. When I emailed about it, they had no record of the calls.
In the past, I have sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being told my appointment was cancelled.
All in all, a chaotic and badly managed practice. Avoid if you can.
