"Good standard of care, but can't get through on phone."

(as a service user),

I haven’t ever been able to fault the level of care that Cobridge Walk-in Clinic provides, it’s always been of a good standard and I’m always made to feel at ease whenever I go. However, the hold time to get through to someone is unacceptably long - from 20 to 45 minutes, and then you’re still not guaranteed to get through!

Dear itsrf. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you have received. I am pleased to hear about the quality of the care you receive at the clinic but would like to apologise for the difficulties you have getting through on the telephone. Our telephone lines are extremely busy but we are looking for ways to improve the telephone system. Your feedback will help me to escalate the urgency of this issue so thank you!
