"Poor care "

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Admitted to A and E with chest pain, have a heart condition and had a TIA. Been triage 3 times currently sat in ambulatory still not spoken with a doctor been here 7+hrs not been offered a drink or food or even told if I can go get myself something. Sat listening to 5 nurses chatting in the office about having a kitchen fitted and how best to go on sunbeds, apparently lay down is the best? Meanwhile there is a waiting room full people desperate to be seen.
