(as the patient),

I just wanted to say how marvellous this service is and to give thanks to Jack, Mayo, Tom and all the team. They recently had to take me to the Poole hospital where I was admitted, and they are such caring people. Also last June they had to take my late husband into hospital too and again they were marvellous, they were so good to him. They look after all the family.
