Upon arrival hand sanitizer and temperature monitor is to be used by patients which is clearly laid out and easily accessible - the receptionist welcome you with a smile and a polite invitation into the practice whilst remaining discreet in enquiries at the front desk, the layout of the waiting area is very good respecting COVID 19 social distancing and is kept very clean.

I would like to highlight the dedication and professionalism of the Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors including cleaning staff who have continued to attend the practice and perform under extreme working conditions wearing PPE and working long hours to ensure patients continued to have access to the services the practice provides during the past year and a half and as they do so today.

The Doctors and Nurses have a limited time for each appointment with a patient that can overrun, yet their dedication in listening and treating everyone with compassion and care is impeccable in the service they provide.

The face-to face or the telephone appointment is only one of the tasks performed, there is a lot of back office work required as well including GP’s performing duties at Hospitals etc… etc…

Well done to all of the wider team at the practice, it is certainly recognised what a fantastic job you do for us!!
