"Recent consultation at the paediatrics orthopaedic clinic"

Our 15 year old son was recently seen by Katie at the out patient Paediatric Orthopaedic clinic. Our consultation with Katie was fantastic. First of all we received a warm welcome into the waiting room area by the receptionist and two other members of staff. During the consultation Katie listened carefully and was very informative, knowledgeable, explaining in detail why and what she was doing during her examination, she was also very honest and reassuring. Her consultation was very thorough and professional. We received instructions on how best to progress with a care plan and what to expect. We have received a copy of Katie’s letter to our GP which is concise, informative and has a clear plan. A positive experience for both my son & I. This service is excellent. Thank you.
