(as a relative),

It was so lovely to be able to see and speak with my aunt. I am hugely grateful that we are able to maintain contact with her. It is reassuring to be able to chat and share family news, to be positive and encouraging, to hear first hand how she is feeling or what she needs.

The knowledge that my aunt's condition is end of life means our gratitude is all the deeper. We appreciate the care she is receiving . Our ability to maintain contact is very positive for both her and us, knowing that tge future is limited.

The value of this service is immeasurable. Staff at every stage were really helpful

My name is Máire and I'm part of the Patient and Client Experience Team that introduced the Virtual Visiting service.

I want to take some time to thank you for sharing your experience of using this service, especially at this challenging time for you and your family. I can appreciate that being able to connect with your aunt is more meaningful at the moment.

I can take from your story that you find it reassuring to be able to see how your aunt is and how she is being cared for, and I hope that this continues to be useful to you and your family.

I will share this feedback with the team and I know their morale will be boosted by hearing the difference that the service makes to families like yours.
