I visited today with my 11 month old baby after getting no where with 111 or his normal gp, upon arrival I was made to feel safe and listened to, we where quickly seen by two excellent nurses who swiftly took his Temperature and checked him over. We left with antibiotics after about 1 hour of being there in total, these lovely nurses have restored my faith in the NHS and they definitely deserve to be recognised.

We try our best to provide a high level of friendly and timely care and we are always encouraged when patients take the time to tell us how we did.
