"My ears being cleaned out"

I went to the North Devon Hospital. I went straight in on arrival and Stephen got straight on with cleaning out my ears . I knew the left side was pretty clear and that the right was blocked solid.( My wife an ex nurse had checked them out for me ). He managed to get a massive lump was out of the right ear and I could hear so much better it was amazing.

I have had this done before on many occasions but this time was that more of a relief as the right ear was as if I had my finger in it for the last month nearly! I was not due to come in until early November but a cancelation came up and I grabbed that one. I just want to say what an amazing service you provide and thank you all very much especially Stephen who is a star.
