"Something needs to change."

I feel I need to leave this review, not to have a moan but in the hope that something is done about the terrible service currently on offer at this practice. I understand covid has impacted the NHS significantly, but when you can't get through at any time of the day and just get 'user busy' without even being added to a queue, it is very frustrating. Then, on the rare occasion that you do manage to get through to a queue, you are often cut off or are met with a really miserable team member. I can imagine the team will be getting a lot of grief at the moment from their patients - but it's really concerning how hard it is to receive any medical support with this doctors surgery. I truly hope something can change at some point soon.
