Been trying to book an appointment for the last 3-4 weeks for an injection that is now overdue, long waits on the phone that is proving costly, no response to emails. Understand these are difficult times, but you need to adapt now and can't use the pandemic as an excuse forever, please sort out your appointment system. In addition to this when phoning older people with telephone appointments give us time to get to the phone. Otherwise, we will have to go through the whole process of trying to book an appointment again! The doctors are lovely, but clearly need more support. The reception staff need more training on how to talk to people in a polite and respectful way.
