Submitted an e consult and the GP arranged an ECG followed by a blood test. I didn't need or request a GP face to face appointment.
While waiting to see a nurse, I was impressed by the calm and friendly manner of the receptionist when dealing with a variety of callers. I can't fault this surgery.
