I wanted to book a blood test (this recommended to do every year) and the ultrasound screening (this I've done a long time ago and wanted renew). I've done online what they wanted me to do and after a day they sent me sms that my phone appointment with GP after 2 WEEKS. Ok then, I expected lot of questions from the doctor then, but on this day the only question she asked - "you want to book the blood test?" that it, nothing about the symptoms or what's going on, because online I told what's what... She couldn't book the blood test - so I have to call and book. She didn't mention ultrasound at all and, as I said, didn't ask about what's what. So if the doctor gets money just to confirm that people need a blood test after waiting for 2 weeks - what is the point to pay the money for this kind of job? Why after reading what I wrote online they couldn't book the blood test straight away?! The appointment was pointless.
"waste of time and NHS money"
