"Appalling hospital ward Mulberry "

I was on Mulberry ward, most of the staff are unapproachable, rude, and are uninterested.

Only a small handful are nice and have some interest. Complained about the staff in my review where the ward manager was present and they didn’t batter an eyelid about what I was saying.

This isn’t the way to treat people who are vulnerable through no fault of their own.

I’m coming out no better than I went in, the staff need more empathy and compassion instead of judging the patients 😡
