I found the high intensity CBT course (for OCD) very helpful. The support provided by my CB Therapist was excellent e.g. phonecall sessions, workbook, OCD book recommendation, tools/strategies, worksheets and emails. I learnt how to use tools to help manage my OCD and particularly found the responsibility pie chart practical and helpful.
He was kind and listened patiently, whilst challenging my thoughts/actions in a supportive way.
I feel better equipped now in moving forward and managing my OCD. I appreciate that I will still have triggering times but overall feel much more positive as I have my tools to practise using.
